Let’s talk. You see, real estate to me is a personal business, meeting and talking to customers and clients. What I propose is getting together to chat over a cup of coffee to get acquainted, either at my office, your home, or anywhere. I’d like to be your personal realtor. No pressure. I’m not a salesman type, and I’d like to hear about your dreams and talk some about real estate. Helping you to plan, answering your questions – those are the fun parts of my job. Sure it sometimes gets hot and heavy during a purchase or sale (usually for the other parties), but there’s a time for that, too. Call me for an appointment to meet, perhaps a free home evaluation or maybe I can scout homes for you. Once I know what you might like, you become a preferred client. I’m in the market, in and out of homes, every day, with my clients’ needs always in the back of my mind. There’s no obligation, of course, until you actually hire me. We can talk about that, too.
