So, How much are the taxes on that property?

Madison County provides public property tax information for consumers.  I use these sites frequently to look up the tax status of property.  With a little patience, you too can obtain tax data on your own, or others' properties.

This first site provides the current tax billing from the Treasurer's Office.  Click 

The second site provides a map of the parcel boundaries, approximately placed on an overhead map view of the area.  Just click "map it" after you have found the property.  When you "print it" you get additional information on the property.  Sometimes you have to adjust your print size to see the site's pages. Click
