About the Market

All Real Estate markets are local.  What does that mean? Well, the market in Edwardsville is not the same as in Chicago, or Las Vegas, or Miami, or even in Glen Carbon!  Yet the national news is full every night about "the" Real Estate market.  It really is hard to avoid, and we like to hear about it.  These global views do have an affect on our local market because they influence perceptions of buyers and sellers (and maybe even Realtors!)  No doubt the total market is important to our national economy and to us as home owners, and we need to keep informed.
