FIRST TIME BUYERS

Welcome!  First time buyers are some of my favorite clients.  If you are considering your first purchase of a home, I’d like to work with you to help you make the right decisions – either now, or in the future.

The decline of home prices at the end of 2008 creates an unusually attractive opportunity for first time buyers.  You have no home to sell, but only need to buy in this lower priced market!  There are some very nice homes available now at prices not seen in recent years.   Cheaper than rent? Sure, in many cases, and there are other benefits of home ownership as well, although the benefits don’t always match every person’s situation.  Having your own personal Real Estate agent, and a personal mortgage counselor working for you, can help you decide if buying now is the right decision.
