Free Custom Searches 

Direct programming of the MLS database, possible only by a member Realtor, produces more specific searches than are obtainable by you as a client. Using these extended Realtor tools is how I locate properties for my active clients, after understanding their needs.  You may also find more specific searches helpful after determining your desired home features through open house visits and general Internet searches,

I am happy to set up a custom search for you if it would help to find only property that interests you. Two kinds of searches are possible, the first being a one-time search against specific criteria with the possible results emailed to you.  The MLS computer can also be set up for a second kind of custom report that provides new or changed listings by email as matched property becomes available.  With this seach,an individual listing cart is provided under your Email name and password for saving the listings or making notes.
